Laptop Back in Action
I got my laptop back from HP on friday. I am glad to have my laptop back, especially since I have lots of work to do now with school, IT, and WVUR. It took HP only 2 days to fix my computer, which I think is very reasonable.

Jeff, I had to send my laptop back to HP as well. My experience wasn’t as good. I sent it back because of multiple dead pixels on the top of the screen and they sent it back with the low resolution lcd screen even though I paid for the high resolution lcd screen. They also scratched the hell out of the top of the laptop. Needless to say they received a very nasty letter and had my laptop back to me in no time. It’s been great ever since. knock on wood.
